A gut renovation was the call-to-action in this Chelsea loft. An updated kitchen, primary bathroom, and custom walk-through-closet all were designed thoughtfully to maximize storage. A new steel glass door was installed to separate the guest bedroom from the main living space, allowing for beautiful light to filter through the apartment. Exposing the natural wood ceiling beams remind you that you’re in a Chelsea loft, and provide a rich texture against the new oak floors, waterfall island and painted cabinetry. Decoration was inspired by the worldly travel accessories our client picked up during business trips that take her across the globe.
