Rachel Sherman — Founder & Principal Designer

Rachel's path to design began in digital marketing at Ralph Lauren — a foundation that sharpened her eye for brand, story, and detail. She went on to intern at Jeremiah Brent Design in New York before heading to Washington D.C., where she honed her craft at Zoë Feldman Design. Rachel is happiest sourcing for clients and pulling together concepts that help them see — and realize — the full potential of their spaces. She lives in Brooklyn Heights with her husband and two daughters.

Jennifer Lannon — Senior Designer

Jenny brings a rare combination of aesthetic rigor and operational precision. With roots in residential staging and project management, she has a deep appreciation for the unglamorous side of design — clear communication, tight timelines, and airtight details — as much as the beautiful ones: craftsmanship, joinery, and textiles. The result is an instinct for spaces that are as functional as they are stunning. When she's not checking items off her project to-do list, you'll find her at a museum, on a dance floor, or exploring somewhere she’s never been.

Molly Elizalde — Junior Designer

Molly came to interiors by way of magazines and media, and it shows — she approaches every project as a story waiting to be told. She's at her best hunting for the perfect vintage find or scheming through a textile edit. Based in Brooklyn with her husband and two Puerto Rican rescue dogs, she draws inspiration from art and travel in equal measure.

Mackenzie Hughes — Junior Designer

Mackenzie's path to design ran through event management, where she learned something that still shapes her work: environments don't just look a certain way — they feel a certain way. She designs for real life, prioritizing spaces that reflect each client's personality and actually get lived in. Off the clock, she's baking, restaurant-hopping, or logging miles on the West Side Highway.
